Tim is an excellent contractor and partner. He managed the construction of our condo kitchen renovation. Our design included removing a wall, extending an existing wall, replacing the hardwood floor, installing all-new custom cabinetry, island, and appliances and painting and finishing.

Tim and his team were responsive, forthright, and positive throughout the twists and turns of renovating during COVID-19 restrictions. We had a few surprises and challenges arise from how the condo had been built. Tim and his team problem-solved each one, being transparent about options, their benefits, limitations, and costs. His professional approach, clear explanations and positive energy made them feel like necessary adjustments rather than unfortunate issues.
